These Artandshadow terms apply to purchases on this site.

Orders and product information

Read the relevant product description, selected options and checkout details before placing an order. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information so the order can be processed.

Product pages describe the artwork offered and any available customisation. Consider the stated dimensions and format when choosing a piece; screen settings can affect how images appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Prices and payment

The applicable price, available payment methods and any checkout charges are presented before you submit your order. Review the order summary before confirming payment.

Preparation and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Spain, and this storefront currently ships to all regions in Spain only. Processing takes 1 business day for every order, followed by 4–6 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 5–7 business days for every order, including bespoke artwork. Refer to our shipping policy for preparation and delivery arrangements.

Bespoke artwork

Review the agreed requirements and included options before ordering bespoke artwork. For bespoke artwork, processing begins immediately and change-of-mind cancellation or refund is unavailable after 24 hours from purchase. Applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Returns and exchanges

The return policy explains how to request a return or exchange, the conditions that apply and the refund process. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and images belong to Artandshadow or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing an artwork does not itself transfer copyright or permission to reproduce it.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. External services linked from the site, including order tracking, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Applicable law
